Overview

: The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within Plutus Health Inc. This C-suite executive will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare or RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities

: 1. Revenue Growth Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture additional market share.
• Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and business development activities. 2. Sales Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. 3. Market Expansion:
• Identify and evaluate new market segments and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's footprint.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness. 4. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. 5. Revenue Operations:
• Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
• Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth. 6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the healthcare or RCM industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.
