Assistant Studio Manager StretchLab Rolling Hills Torrance, CA Pay: $26.00$32.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time (3540 hours/week) Join the South Bay's Premier Assisted Stretching Studio StretchLab is the nation's leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, helping people improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall wellness. Our Rolling Hills studio is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and people- focused Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our team, grow membership sales, and create an exceptional experience for every client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, sales, community engagement, and the health and wellness industry. What You'll DoMembership Sales & Business Development

• Conduct consultations and Intro Stretch appointments
• Convert prospects into long-term memberships
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software
• Help achieve monthly membership and revenue goals
• Promote retail products and wellness services Team Leadership
• Coach, motivate, and support the sales team
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and positivity
• Help maintain high employee engagement and performance
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Studio Manager is unavailable Studio Operations
• Ensure every client receives a five-star experience
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations
• Monitor studio KPIs and operational performance
• Help manage inventory, retail displays, and studio presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Community Outreach
• Develop relationships with local businesses, fitness professionals, and healthcare providers
• Organize community events and networking opportunities
• Build referral partnerships throughout the South Bay
• Represent StretchLab Rolling Hills at local events and wellness initiatives QualificationsRequired
• 2+ years of leadership, sales, retail management, hospitality, or fitness industry experience
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
