GNB Doors is seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to build a business with us. We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Account Manager who wants to build territory, own relationships, and help scale a high-performing operations. If you thrive in construction-related sales, enjoy autonomy, and like seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you. You'll manage existing accounts while developing new business across the Dallas market, partnering closely with operations and leadership to deliver exceptional service and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

:

• Own and grow a B2B territory in Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Develop new client relationships through outbound prospecting and networking
• Manage key accounts and act as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver door solutions on time.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and proposals.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM
• Attend sales meetings and market-planning sessions
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups and account reviews.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
• Travel locally within the territory.

Qualifications

:

• Construction, building material, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and close
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and territory-driven
• Confortable working onsite and in the field
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the US Physical

Requirements

: Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe or composite-toe boots while in industrial environments.

• Ability to travel by car and/or airplane for client meetings, site visits, and tradeshows.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials such as sample products, brochures, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach as needed while touring facilities.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
• Ability to use hands and arms to operate computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• Ability to work in environments may include moderate noise, dust, outdoor weather conditions, or temperature changes during site visits.
