WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO This is a field-based sales role focused on connecting with homeowners and identifying roofing needs. You will operate in a structured environment with training and mentorship while building your own pipeline. You will:
• Visit residential areas to identify potential roofing opportunities
• Conduct roof inspections and document findings clearly
• Walk homeowners through restoration and insurance claim steps
• Coordinate communication between customers and project teams Training includes weekly coaching sessions, field mentorship, and ongoing skill development designed to improve both confidence and production. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH First-year performers: $80,000 to $110,000 annually through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission Developing producers: Earnings grow with consistency and production volume Senior producers: $120,000+ annually based on sustained performance Leadership roles: Team Lead and Sales Leadership opportunities based on results Income is driven by activity, discipline, and customer trust.
