What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product recommendations
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and style wigs/extensions for display
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to monthly sales goals
• Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations Operate with a results-driven mindset, consistently working toward achieving both individual sales goals and overall team targets. What We're Looking For (

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese (Required)
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Passion for beauty, hair, or fashion is a plus What Success Looks Like
