What You'll Do

- Bilingual Sales Representative

• Represent AT&T; through in-person customer engagement in local communities
• Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and current promotions in both English and Spanish
• Guide customers through enrollments, activations, and service updates from start to finish
• Build trust and rapport through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Stay informed on AT&T; products, services, and promotional offerings
• Maintain a polished, professional presence in all interactions Why You're a Great Fit - Bilingual Sales Representative
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement is preferred but not required
