Job description POSITION OVERVIEW Experience is K-12 Foodservice is helpful but NOT required. Experience in foodservice in general is preferred. The primary function of the Program Manager is to open new schools. The Program Manager will also provide ongoing support for all schools within their specific assigned territory. They will ensure all Smart Mouth products are being made per approved specifications and standards through coaching and positive reinforcement. He/she will foster excitement about our brand while driving business within each assigned territory. He/she will create and maintain relationships with the Director, Manager, and Kitchen Staff over the course of the school year and beyond. This job requires overnight travel regularly, could be up to 50% during the school year with no work or travel on weekends or holidays. JOB FUNCTIONS

• Initial training of new schools while utilizing the manager welcome letter and school opening checklist for all school openings
• Complete school assessments and provide positive feedback to school staff when not opening new schools
• Forward school assessments to the Senior Program Manager for feedback
• Enter school assessments into Netsuite in a timely manner
• Provide ongoing training and development of school staff as needed
• Communicate with school staff and Smart Mouth personnel in a timely manner
• Ensure all schools have the current Smart Mouth operations manual, and have posted laminated job aids with the Program Manager's contact information
• Confirm all available marketing is being utilized and displayed correctly
• Populate and maintain their work schedule using Google Calendar
• Stay within predetermined travel and department budgets
• Have a positive attitude and operate with integrity.
• Assist with samplings trade shows as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular/daily basis
• Ability to set up equipment for new schools. This may require lifting up to 280 pounds (with assistance) from school personnel
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Use of your personal vehicle for company use
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Individual should be flexible, dependable, and results-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
• Extensive travel can be expected early in the school year
• Travel may be needed outside their given territory
• Ability to use a computer and related software for company purposes
• ServSafe certified within 90 days of hire. Renew certification every 5 years
• Must maintain (at least) the minimum determined by Bull's Eye Brand's insurance provider for Liability Automobile Insurance on only the vehicle to be used to and from schools
• Motor vehicle reports and/or background checks will be run periodically Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
