Join Our Team Smart Choice Partners is looking for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping clients protect what matters most. As an Account Executive / Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing referral partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and taking ownership of their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and agency marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and centers of influence.
• Prospect, follow up on leads, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet with prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close new business opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to better protect clients and grow household relationships.
• Support clients through the onboarding process and first 90 days after a policy is written.
• Work closely with our service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in EZLynx.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes. What We're Looking For Required
• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License or 20-44 Personal Lines License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented and accountability
• Comfortable networking and developing business relationships Preferred
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Experience with EZLynx or a similar Agency Management System
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and generating new business What Success Looks Like
