Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in retail environments, representing our clients' products and services. This position focuses on customer interaction, product education, brand promotion, and sales generation. No prior sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you build valuable sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally in retail locations
• Engage with customers and educate them on products, services, and promotions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support sales initiatives and generate new customer acquisitions
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of client products, services, and marketing campaigns
• Assist with promotional events, displays, and in-store marketing activities
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
