What You'll Do

As the Director of Marketing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success and growth of Youville House by:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to maintain full occupancy
• Building and nurturing relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Managing the resident inquiry, admission, and transition process
• Generating, tracking, and converting qualified leads
• Representing Youville House at networking events, professional organizations, and community outreach activities
• Coordinating special events and marketing campaigns
• Managing marketing materials, collateral, and communications
• Maintaining applicant and waiting list records for private and subsidized housing
• Serving as the coordinator for PACE and other subsidized housing programs
• Monitoring local market trends and recommending innovative growth strategies
• Collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team to support organizational goals What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced professional who brings:
• Five or more years of marketing and sales experience, preferably within senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or human services
• Strong understanding of the assisted living industry
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience developing and implementing successful marketing plans
• Proven success growing occupancy, generating referrals, and managing sales pipelines
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and networking abilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Photoshop or publishing software experience is a plus)
