As an Account Executive, you'll build and maintain long-term client relationships while designing insurance solutions tailored to individual and business needs. This is a hybrid role combining remote work with occasional in-person client meetings throughout the local area. Your day-to-day includes meeting with clients virtually and in person, reviewing coverage options, identifying gaps or changes in exposure, placing and adjusting policies with carriers, and collaborating with internal service and marketing support. You'll conduct consultative sales conversations focused on education and long-term value rather than high-pressure tactics. This is a full-cycle sales role requiring self-generation of new business, though warm leads may be provided.

Qualifications

/ Expectations

• Active Texas insurance license is strongly preferred
• Candidates without licensing must demonstrate exceptional sales ability and willingness to obtain required licenses
• Background in banking, financial services, or relationship-based sales is preferred
• Existing professional network or demonstrated ability to build one quickly (required)
• Self-motivated with ability to self-generate new business (required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (required)
• Comfortable with hybrid work model combining remote and in-person activities (required)
