About the Role

Lock It Lending is hiring experienced, licensed Loan Officers to join our high-volume, call-center-based mortgage operation in Houston. This is a front-end sales role focused primarily on outbound opportunities and live transfers from our SDR team. You will structure loans, secure borrower commitment, and build a consistent, repeatable pipeline. You are supported by in-house processors and an SDR team so you can remain focused on sales conversations and generating new opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Take live transfers and outbound opportunities from the SDR team and company lead sources
• Speak directly with borrowers to analyze needs, structure loan scenarios, and present loan options
• Quote rates, fees, and loan programs
• Collect required documentation and complete applications
• Secure borrower commitment and signed applications
• Submit loans into underwriting
• Hand off files to in-house processing after submission
• Continue prospecting and taking new opportunities while files are in process
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline documentation This Role Is Front-End Focused

Requirements

• Active NMLS license
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple active opportunities in a fast-paced environment

• In-office, Houston (Westchase)
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
