• At Least 1 year of Commission phone sales experience
• Proven sales experience working in another Commission only environment is Required (insurance sales experience is a bonus).
• A passionate self-starter who loves connecting with people and sealing the deal.
• Strong communication skills and the drive to crush your sales goals every week.
• A team player who can also thrive independently in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule:
