Arrow Real Estate is a San Diego based real estate company specializing in two areas: investment, and asset management. We focus on high quality service and care for residential, multi-family, commercial, and HOA properties.

Requirements

:

• A minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry.
• A minimum of one year residential leasing experience.
• Applicants for the job must be willing to visit properties as needed.
• A California real estate license is preferred
• Experience using property management software. AppFolio is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize Hours & Commitment: This is a full-time position. Office hours are between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, and sometimes may require overtime.

Responsibilities

: The job of the Leasing Agent will include working with a team and individually on daily tasks and projects related to property management and leasing, including, but not limited to:

• Marketing & Advertising Units
• Respond to Inquiries
• Schedule & Conduct Property Tours
• Tenant Screening & Application Process
• Lease Preparation
• Move-in Coordination
• Compliance with Fair Housing & CA Law
• Assisting with projects, as needed
