Job Summary

Now Hiring: Life Insurance Appointment Coordinator We are hiring two full-time Appointment Coordinators to support our life insurance agents. This is a non-sales position. You will respond to prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance, ask basic qualifying questions, and connect them with a licensed agent.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inbound life insurance inquiries
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone and text
• Ask basic questions using a provided script
• Schedule appointments with licensed agents
• Live-transfer qualified callers when an agent is available
• Confirm scheduled appointments the day before
• Accurately document calls, appointments, and follow-up activity

Qualifications

:

• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow a set process
• Previous call-center or life insurance experience is helpful but not required
• A Florida 2-15 license is a plus, but not required
• Training will be provided
• Some Experience with GoHighLevel or Agent CRM, preferred but not needed. Position details:
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $17$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Two schedules available:
• Monday through Friday
