Block Real Estate is one of Boston's newest boutique real estate startup located on Beacon Street in the heart of Brookline's bustling Coolidge Corner neighborhood. Our team currently manages a rapidly growing 500 unit + residential portfolio located across greater Boston / Brookline / Cambridge, specializing in residential sales with a niche focus on New Development marketing and multi-family investing. We have over 300 units of new development slated for delivery in the next 2 years with 2 projects in Brookline and Brighton that will be launching in Q1 of 2025. We recently finished #1 in Brighton Multifamily sales gross volume with over a 15% market share of sales in the neighborhood. Our leadership team runs weekly training sessions covering an array of topics while also hosting guest speakers monthly who work across various facets of the real estate industry (Investing, Lending, Marketing, Legal, etc). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
