SCS Marketing Co. is a growing business development firm in Houston, and we're looking for an AT&T; Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with local residents, helping them choose and set up Fiber internet services that fit their everyday needs while contributing to overall sales growth. You'll be the friendly face of AT&T;, guiding customers through their options, answering questions, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. Your ability to connect with people will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.

What You'll Do

as AT &T; Sales Assistant

• Engage with residential customers in a face-to-face conversation and help them find the best fiber internet plans, driving sales through personalized recommendations
• Explain AT&T; services in a simple, easy-to-understand way to support informed sales decisions
• Assist customers with account setup and activation
• Provide support and follow-up to ensure a smooth experience and encourage repeat sales
• Help resolve questions or concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Build strong relationships that lead to long-term customer satisfaction and consistent sales performance
• Represent AT&T; with professionalism while contributing to team sales goals

Overview

: This is a full-time position based in Houston, TX. Sales Assistants typically work an average of 40 hours per week in-person from Monday to Friday.

Compensation

: This is a commissioned based job. On average, at least one order is completed daily.

• Job Location: Houston, TX The AT&T; Sales Assistant will attend team meetings at our Houston office and work within assigned residential territories, assisting customers.
• Clients & Products/Services: The Sales Assistant works with AT&T; Fiber Internet products and services, helping each customer understand available solutions and complete enrollments.
