Job

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the plywood market. Sales experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and other clients
• Present and promote company products to prospective customers
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques such as cold calling and direct sales approaches.
• Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling relevant products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Compensation

: Base + commission Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
