Retail Project Consultant Roofing (W2) Hargrove Roofing & Construction If you're competitive, moneymotivated, and tired of slow sales cycles or insurance work, this is your chance to get into a true retail, onecallclose role with real upside. We're building a new retail division and looking for driven sales reps who want control over their income and a clear path to grow. What You'll Be Doing:

• Generating your own leads through field work and doortodoor outreach
• Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
• Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (onecall close)
• Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
• Managing your pipeline and followups The first few weeks are handson and fieldfocused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training provided! Who This Role Is For: This is not a desk job or a leadonly role. Top performers are:
