Job title: Carrier Sales Representative Location: Los Angeles, CA (in person) Job type: Full time About Warp Warp is a freight technology company headquartered in Los Angeles. We run our own network of carriers on our own software to move freight for shippers across the country, covering LTL (less than truckload), full truckload, cargo van, and box truck, plus cross docking and consolidation. Our goal is simple: make freight faster, cheaper, and more transparent, with no contracts, no minimums, and the rate we quote matching the invoice you pay. We also build our own AI operations layer, Orbit, so our team spends less time on manual back and forth and more time solving real problems. What you'll do

• Build and grow relationships with trucking carriers and owner operators who haul Warp freight
• Source truck capacity for open loads and negotiate competitive rates
• Match the right carrier to the right lane and cover daily loads on time
• Track shipments in progress and keep them moving, catching issues before they become delays
• Work closely with the operations and customer teams to hit every pickup and delivery window
• Keep carrier records, rates, and notes accurate in our systems What we're looking for
• Confident on the phone and comfortable negotiating; you like closing deals and hitting targets
• Organized and calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and reliable follow through
• Able to work full time, in person at our Los Angeles office
• Freight, logistics, or carrier sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person Nice to have
• Experience with a TMS (transportation management system) or brokerage software
• Knowledge of LTL and full truckload operations
• An existing network of carrier contacts Pay: From $25.00 per hour
