Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers in person to introduce Verizon products and explain service options clearly while promoting strong customer relations.
• Guide customers through product selections while ensuring a welcoming experience that strengthens customer relations.
• Maintain strong customer interactions focused on trust, professionalism, and long-term customer relations.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth service transitions.
• Support team initiatives that strengthen customer retention, satisfaction, and customer relations.
