Live Shopping Streamer / On-Camera Sales Host Pay: $30 per hour + performance bonuses Schedule: 46 days per week, including some nights, overnight shifts and weekends Location: West Park, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and sales-driven Live Shopping Streamer to host interactive livestreams featuring beauty, makeup and personal-care products. You will present products on camera, explain their benefits, interact with viewers and create an entertaining shopping experience that drives sales. This position is ideal for someone who is naturally outgoing, comfortable speaking in front of a camera and motivated by performance-based earnings. Our streaming schedule varies based on show demand. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, which may include daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Compensation

• $30 per hour
• Performance bonuses ranging from $100 to $1200 per qualifying livestream
• Bonus eligibility is based on sales performance and average item price
• Bonus structure and qualification requirements will be explained during the interview process
• Opportunities to earn significantly more during high-performing shows Performance bonuses are additional compensation and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Host live shopping shows and represent the company professionally on camera
• Present and demonstrate beauty and personal-care products
• Clearly communicate product benefits, features and promotions
• Engage with viewers and respond to live comments and questions
• Create excitement and urgency while maintaining a friendly, authentic presentation
• Encourage viewers to complete purchases
• Follow the show schedule, product lineup and promotional strategy
• Work closely with show assistants, producers and the operations team
• Meet individual and team sales-performance goals
• Learn product information before each livestream
• Maintain consistent energy and professionalism throughout the show

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong verbal communication and sales skills
• Energetic, expressive and engaging personality
• Ability to explain products clearly and naturally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Dependable, punctual and able to follow a variable schedule
• Available to work 46 days per week
• Available for some evening, overnight and weekend shifts
• Comfortable standing and presenting for extended periods
• Must be able to work on-site Preferred Experience
• Livestreaming, content creation or social media experience
• Retail, beauty, cosmetics or personal-care experience
• Sales, customer service, hosting or promotional experience
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop or other live-commerce platforms Previous livestreaming experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to candidates with strong communication skills, confidence and sales potential. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is charismatic, coachable, competitive and able to keep viewers entertained while consistently driving sales. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, testing different selling strategies and working toward measurable performance goals.
