Financial Services Professional (1099 Independent Contractor) Location: Hybrid Fort Lauderdale, FL (Applicants must reside in South Florida) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Schedule: Flexible Build a Career Helping Families Protect Their Financial Future We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about helping families make informed financial decisions while building a rewarding career with uncapped income potential. As a Financial Services Professional, you'll educate clients on strategies to protect their loved ones, accumulate wealth, and prepare for retirement through products such as cash value life insurance and indexed annuities. You'll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional developmentno prior financial services experience is required. This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term business rather than pursue a traditional hourly or salaried position.

Compensation

This is a commission-only (1099 independent contractor) position with uncapped earning potential. Income is based on individual production and business performance. Successful Financial Services Professionals can build significant long-term income through personal production, leadership overrides, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior financial services experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Must be eligible to obtain a Florida life insurance/health/annuities license
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident with a valid Social Security Number
