Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and build rapport with every guest.
• Educate families on puppy breeds, personalities, care, and training needs.
• Guide customers through the puppy selection and adoption process.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Present financing options, wellness plans, supplies, and other products that enhance the puppy's transition to its new home.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure puppies are presented in a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, high-energy workplace.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Stay knowledgeable about puppies, products, promotions, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with daily store operations as needed.
• Social Media Collabs and Posting may be needed to help drive sales adn leads. What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of sales experience required. Strong background in inside and outside sales techniques, including cold calling and direct sales approaches.
• Passion for helping customers and building relationships.
• Experience with lead generation strategies, prospecting new clients, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.
• A true go-getter with a positive attitude
