Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Support sales goals by upselling products and promoting special offers or financial services such as loans or banking options
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting
• Utilize attention to detail skillset to ensure accuracy in all transactions Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
