What You'll Do

as a Entry Level Sales Manager: As a Entry Level Business Manager, you will be the face of Frontier, a leading telecom brand, helping customers navigate products and services while ensuring every visit is a positive experience. Your day-to-day work includes:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, face-to-face support in a retail environment
• Explaining Frontiers products and services to help customers make informed decisions
• Addressing questions, resolving issues, and recommending solutions based on customer needs
• Supporting in-store marketing efforts, displays, and creating a welcoming environment
• Collaborating with the Entry Level Sales Manager team to keep the store organized, clean, and inviting
• Participating in daily training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales and customer service skills
• Sharing customer feedback to improve campaigns and overall experience
• Tracking interactions and sales, working towards personal and the Entry Level Business Managers team's performance goals
• Representing Frontier and our company with professionalism What We're Looking For in a Entry Level Business Manager:
• Previous experience as a Entry Level Business Manager, in sales or retail, is a plus, but not required
• Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills
• Dependable, organized, and enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying active throughout the day

Overview

• Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position.
• Pay: This is a commission-based position with average weekly earnings of $900$1,300
• Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week).
• Location: This position will be based out of our Dallas office and assigned retail locations to cover.
• Clients & Products: We work with Frontier customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products) in retail settings. Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
