Job Summary

: Sell Open-Box Merchandise Description : We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Knowlegeable of the following platform: OfferUp, Craiglist, Letgo.
• Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of merchandise customer is seeking.
• Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
• Processes sales transactions including online and in-person purchase.
• Processes return requests for product being returned for Service.
• Achieves team and individual goals while enabling an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Applies a high level of product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning to enable an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Engages with customers for consultations whether it be in-store, over the phone, or chat options online.
• Receives payment or obtains credit authorization.
• Assists with customer pick-ups at showroom and warehouse.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include Saturdays
• High school diploma or equivalent
