What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Complete thorough system inspections and communicate findings to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
• Present repair and upgrade options confidently to help customers make informed decisions.
• Install and maintain HVAC equipment to manufacturer and company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences: educate customers about their system and the benefits of recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar mechanical/field service role.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and present solutions to customers.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and repair best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
• A valid driver's license and ability to work in the field.
