Insurance Sales Agent Location: Beverly, MA Ready to Build a Six-Figure Career? Our rapidly growing Farmers Insurance agency is looking for motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our sales team. Whether you're an experienced insurance producer or someone with a passion for sales, we'll provide the tools, training, and opportunities to help you succeed. Unlike many agencies where you're expected to find your own business, we provide inbound live transfer leads and internet leads every day, allowing you to spend more time selling and less time prospecting. Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty License (preferred but not required)
• Previous insurance or sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Business, and Life Insurance.
• Handle inbound live transfer leads from customers actively shopping for insurance.
• Follow up with internet leads provided by the agency.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for clients.
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
