Multi-Site Leasing Specialist Nashville, TN Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Immediate Start ABOUT THE ROLE A growing multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced, results-driven Multi-Site Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations across a Nashville-area portfolio. This role covers two communities, located within 5 minutes of each other, and plays a key part in driving lease-up performance across Class C assets in a competitive, fast-moving submarket. This is a multi-site role requiring the ability to manage leasing pipelines across more than one community simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leasing professional who is organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning results in a value-add, lease-up environment. POSITION DETAILS

• Reports To: Property Manager
• Properties: Nashville, TN (multi-site, within 5 minutes of each other)
• Schedule: Full-time | Multi-site rotation | Weekend coverage required

• Start Date: Immediate RESPONSIBILITIES Leasing & Resident Experience
• Manage the full leasing cycle across multiple sites inquiry, tours, applications, lease execution, and move-in coordination
• Maintain prompt follow-up with prospective residents via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and all required addenda in compliance with Tennessee law
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready at scheduled delivery Systems & Reporting
• Manage all leads, traffic, and applications in Yardi Voyager and RentCafe
• Produce weekly leasing reports including traffic volume, conversion rates, and source effectiveness
• Maintain accurate availability, pricing, and unit status in Voyager Compliance & Fair Housing
• Screen and process applications in compliance with federal fair housing law and Tennessee landlord-tenant requirements
• Apply company screening criteria consistently; escalate edge cases to the Property Manager
• Maintain current knowledge of Nashville/Davidson County-specific requirements Marketing & Competitive Awareness
• Conduct weekly competitive market surveys across the Nashville submarket
• Support ILS listing accuracy and assist with unit marketing and photography coordination
• Assist with renewal outreach and lease renewal execution QUALIFICATIONS Required:
• 3+ years of residential leasing or property management experience
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and RentCafe required
• Knowledge of federal fair housing law and Tennessee landlord-tenant requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid TN driver's license travel between sites required
• Weekend availability as part of regular rotation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred:
• Direct experience with lease-up or stabilization of multifamily assets
• Experience leasing Class C or value-add properties
• Multi-site or portfolio leasing experience
• Familiarity with Nashville submarket dynamics COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
