Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager, (Hybrid w/ flexability to work from home) THIS IS TRULY A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY! Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage an assigned book of personal lines insurance accounts, including auto, homeowners, renters, and other related policies.
• Provide exceptional day-to-day client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with a warm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Educate and advise clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management best practices.
• Partner with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure favorable client outcomes.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness before delivering them to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and fellow team members in a cooperative and supportive manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention. What Makes Us Different:

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• State insurance license (Property & Casualty) required or must be obtained within a specified period.
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, agency, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, positive environment.
