About the Role

We are building a high-performance final expense insurance sales floor in Houston and are looking for a Sales Team Leader for our call center who can drive results, manage agents, and lead from the front. This is not a passive management role you will be responsible for owning production, managing daily floor activity, and pushing your team to hit targets consistently. If you've worked in a call center environment and understand how to drive sales, manage people, and build energy on the floor, we want to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents on the floor
• Drive daily production targets (calls, closes, revenue)
• Monitor agent performance, attendance, and activity levels
• Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Ensure agents are following scripts, compliance, and quality standards
• Motivate the team through incentives, contests, and real-time coaching
• Identify underperforming agents and take corrective action quickly
• Support hiring and onboarding of new agents alongside recruitment team
• Maintain a high-energy, competitive, and accountable sales environment
• Work closely with leadership to scale the floor from 5 30+ agents What We're Looking For
• 5+ years experience in a call center or inside sales environment
• Prior experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs (conversion rate, talk time, close rate)
• High energy, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple agents simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in insurance, final expense, or telesales is a strong plus
