We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Wellness Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Dedham clinic. This is not a back-office rolethis is a front-and-center position where your personality, communication skills, and belief in what we do truly matter. You'll be the first impression for patients, a key contributor to clinic growth, and an essential part of helping people improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience You're not just checking people inyou're setting the tone.

• Greet every patient with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm
• Build real relationships so patients feel known, not processed

• Recommend care plans with confidence and integrity
• Follow up with leads and past patients to keep them engaged
• Help turn first visits into long-term wellness habits Own the Front Desk Operations
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and clinic flow
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Keep the clinic organized and running at a high level Be Part of a Performance-Driven Team

What You Bring

• A genuine belief in chiropractic care and a passion for helping people feel better
• A naturally outgoing, engaging personality you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with all types of patients
• Sales experience or the confidence and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
