What You'll Do

Membership Sales & Guest Experience

• Drive membership, package, and retail sales through in-studio consultations, phone outreach, text follow-up, and lead nurturing
• Build genuine relationships with guests and educate them on the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy
• Deliver an elevated guest experience from first visit through long-term membership
• Recommend memberships and wellness services based on guest goals and needs
• Follow up with leads, missed sales, and prospective members to increase conversions and retention Lead Management & Outreach
• Manage leads and guest communication through Mindbody and CRM systems
• Track outreach, appointments, guest notes, and sales activity accurately
• Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and partnership outreach
• Serve as a brand ambassador inside and outside the studio Studio Operations
• Support front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, payments, and guest support
• Assist with room resets, laundry, cleaning, and overall studio presentation
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and elevated studio environment
• Contribute to daily operational success as part of a collaborative team What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, or a boutique fitness environment is required.
• Experience with membership sales, lead follow-up, or other sales-driven, commission-based environments required.
• Basic computer proficiency required; experience with CRM software is preferred (Mindbody and LoyalSnap are a plus).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Physical

Requirements

• Comfortable entering and demonstrating infrared saunas up to 145F
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
