Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Inside Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping them find the right products while building strong long-term relationships. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and product knowledge will pay a key role in supporting both our customers and sales growth.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries Provide product information and prepare customized quotes Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer accounts Coordinate with operations and support teams to schedule and fulfil orders

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Customer service or inside sales experience preferred Preferred Experience Knowledge of construction materials or building supply products

Compensation
