Griffis/Blessing is looking for an experienced District Property Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities in beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado. If you're passionate about developing teams, improving operations, overseeing renovations, and partnering with ownership to maximize property performance, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a portfolio of apartment communities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and financial goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop on-site teams while creating a positive, high-performing culture.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Partner with ownership by providing regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee capital improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Conduct regular property visits, operational audits, and training to ensure company standards are consistently met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and state and local regulations.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting, and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For
• Five or more years of successful multifamily property management experience, including management of large communities or multiple properties.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and achieve financial goals.
• Experience with renovations, repositioning, and capital improvement projects is highly preferred.
• Colorado Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within six months).
• CAM or CAPS are a plus.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata, Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software.
