Overview

Pia Collection is a luxury hair and accessories brand known for elegance, femininity, and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Advisor Team Lead to drive sales performance, coach a high- performing team, and create an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This is not an entry level retail position. We are looking for a proven high ticket sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has the leadership skills to inspire a team to exceed ambitious sales goals. Responsibilities

Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals. Coach associates on luxury selling techniques and closing strategies. Increase average ticket through effective upselling and cross-selling. Lead by example by consistently delivering top sales performance. Hold team members accountable to daily sales goals and customer service standards. Conduct daily sales coaching and performance huddles. Train, mentor, and develop new team members. Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth. Create a luxury customer experience from greeting to checkout. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Partner with management to improve overall store performance. Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation. Assist with opening, closing, and shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

Required Minimum 3 years of proven high-ticket sales experience. Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or leading a sales team. Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required). Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and polished presentation. Reliable transportation to Denver International Airport. Preferred Experience Luxury retail Hair extensions Beauty or cosmetics Medical aesthetics Jewelry Designer fashion Automotive sales Furniture sales Any environment involving premium or luxury products and consultative selling Availability Open availability is required. Applicants must be available to work: Morning shifts Mid-day shifts Evening shifts Weekends Holidays Flexibility is required to support the business during all operating hours.
