JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for driven Residential Roofing Salesmen & Commercial Repair Technicians to join our team at Mastercraft Roofing and Construction! Prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude are required. We have six positions available in our residential department and two positions available for commercial roof repair technicians . Our in house project management and operations team will provide support with material ordering and project scheduling for both departments.

• Commission only position. Performance will be evaluated after 30-60 days of employment. Based on performance and achievement of goals, compensation and advancement opportunities may be reviewed. RESIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new residential roofing leads through referrals, canvassing, and networking.
• Ability to travel locally within the DFW area for client meetings and site visits.
• Work closely with clients to facilitate insurance claims and maintain strong relationships through the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new commercial roofing leads through referrals, canvassing, and networking.
• Perform inspections of commercial roofing systems
• Conduct repairs on various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, MODBIT & coatings
• Assist with emergency leak response and storm-related repairs when needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, & supervisors regarding project status and repair recommendations WHY JOIN US?
