Build Relationships. Win New Business. The Phoenix Insurance is one of the largest specialty P&C; agencies in the country. We're not here to just save clients 15%: we build lasting relationships around complex, high-value coverage needs, from collector and classic vehicles to other specialty assets, with the same care and strategy a trusted financial advisor brings to a portfolio. We're looking for a New Business Advisor who wants to sell that way, not race to the bottom on price. You won't be cold calling, and you won't be sitting on a call queue waiting for whatever comes in either. We provide warm leads and a steady pipeline as your foundation, and you'll also have opportunities to build additional business through community and industry events. What You'll Be Doing

• Building your pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community events, not cold calling
• Consulting with clients to understand their risk and recommending tailored solutions from a portfolio of top-rated carriers
• Managing your own book from first conversation through renewal, with cross-sell and upsell opportunities along the way
• Representing Phoenix at industry and community events, including car shows and enthusiast gatherings tied to our specialty niche
• Hitting and exceeding your production goals, with an experienced team backing you up What You'll Need
• Active Property & Casualty license
• 2 to 3 years of proven P&C; sales success, ideally in an independent agency
• A track record of generating new business: you can point to real numbers
• Self-motivated with strong ownership of your own pipeline and follow-through; you don't need someone checking in on you daily
• Confident, consultative selling style; comfortable asking for the business
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office; EZLynx experience a plus Why The Phoenix
