KidsUnited is the leading brand in early development through soccer. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our energetic team! The ideal candidate is self motivated, organized, and personable with a drive for success and opportunity. You have previous sales experience, can demonstrate premium customer service abilities, are out-going, enthusiastic, and have ambition to grow with a developing brand. The Sales Associate is responsible for all 'front of house' duties as well as meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals.

Duties

: - Establishes and maintains an effective referral program - Maintains accurate records using established CRM systems - Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls - Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically - Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions - Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients -Selling and working Birthday Parties on Weekends - Post and manage social media content to drive brand awareness

Qualifications

and Skills: - Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience, with strong sales and membership knowledge - Solid verbal and written communication skills required - Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment - Bilingual in Spanish preferred Additional Details: This position will be based in the brand new KidsUnited club opening in Littleton in early September, 2026 timeframe. Joining our team offers the opportunity to join our grand opening pre-sales operation and the potential to grow with our brand as we open multiple locations in the Denver area. The compensation model includes a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to earn sales performance based commissions.. This is more than a retail or restaurant sales job it's a chance to build real, resume-worthy skills in consultative sales, CRM management, and client relationship-building. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first call to closing memberships, while working in a positive, team-driven environment focused on early childhood development. If you're looking to grow beyond ringing up transactions and into a career-building role, this is it. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
