Telemarketing Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative Kensington Marketing Group (KMG) Anaheim, CA Hourly + Bonuses | Performance-Based Income | High-Energy Sales Floor Kensington Marketing Group is hiring motivated, competitive, high-functioning communicators to join our Anaheim marketing team. What You'll Do

As an Inside Marketing Representative, you'll speak with homeowners who have already shown interest in home improvement services and set qualified appointments for our outside sales teams. You'll work through our Convoso dialing platform using warm outbound campaigns not random cold calling. Your responsibilities: Build rapport quickly Control conversations confidently Create excitement and urgency Set quality appointments Produce consistently in a team-driven environment

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Aggressive Bonus Structure Average performers earn around $1,200/week Top performers earn $3,000$4,000+ per week Daily cash spiffs, contests, and monthly bonuses Paid training This is a production-based environment where effort, consistency, and attitude directly affect income.
