Rainbow Restoration of Webster is expanding our commercial division and is seeking a proven business development professional to lead growth within the hospitality and commercial property sector. This role is designed for someone who understands the restoration industry and already has relationships within hospitality, property management, or commercial real estate. Our team specializes in large commercial mitigation and national hospitality deployments. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on developing new opportunities with hotel ownership groups, management companies, and commercial property operators throughout Texas and surrounding markets. This is a highly autonomous, field-driven role with significant earning potential for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with hotel ownership groups, property management firms, and commercial operators
• Identify and secure new commercial mitigation opportunities
• Maintain a strong field presence with hospitality clients and commercial partners
• Coordinate with operations teams during emergency response mobilizations
• Help grow our commercial and hospitality portfolio across the region
• Attend hospitality and commercial industry networking events What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience in restoration, construction services, or property services
• Existing relationships within hospitality, commercial property management, or real estate sectors preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment
• Strong understanding of commercial mitigation services including water, fire, and environmental losses is a plus
