Responsibilities

for the AT &T; Brand Representative:

• Represent AT&T; products and services, including wireless plans, fiber internet, mobile devices, and streaming solutions
• Engage with new and existing customers to identify needs and recommend personalized telecommunications solutions
• Assist with account setup, activations, upgrades, billing support, and customer enrollment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information
• Stay up to date on AT&T; promotions, devices, and service offerings
