Position Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives for our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and increasing occupancy and revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, local businesses, travel agents, and group organizers.
• Negotiate contracts and rates for group bookings, corporate accounts, and special events.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct hotel site tours and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the revenue management and operations teams to achieve occupancy and ADR goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, group bookings, and corporate account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/property management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
