What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, your focus is simple: build relationships, earn trust, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Meeting with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs
• Recommending personalized insurance solutions based on each client's unique situation
• Following up on agency-generated leads and referral opportunities
• Educating clients on coverage options and helping them make confident decisions
• Working alongside our service team to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Developing long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

include:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Confidence in asking for the business while always putting the client's needs first
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
