What You'll Do

As a Health Insurance Agent , you'll make a meaningful impact by helping clients understand their healthcare coverage options and confidently enroll in the plans that best fit their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with prospective clients through outbound calls, community outreach, and marketing campaigns.
• Understanding each client's healthcare needs and budget to recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Educating clients on plan benefits, coverage options, premiums, and enrollment requirements.
• Guiding clients through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
• Working closely with our marketing and leadership teams to expand community outreach and grow our client base. What We're Looking For
• Active Health Insurance License (Required)
• Licensed in at least 6 states
• Newly licensed agents are welcomewe provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
• Previous experience in insurance sales, phone sales, telemarketing, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and benefits administration is a plus.
