Responsibilities

:

• Manage and convert high-volume team-provided leads
• Guide clients through buying/selling process
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close
• Stay current on market trends and industry best practices
• Participate in trainings, masterminds, and team accountability
• Deliver white-glove client service that leads to repeat/referral business

Qualifications

:

• Texas Real Estate License (active)
• $2M+ in closed sales volume in the past 12 months
• Strong track record in client conversion and negotiation
• Excellent time management and follow-up discipline
