Duties

• Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to introduce and promote window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate service packages
• Engage in warm calling and follow-up calls using sales automation technologies to nurture leads and close deals effectively
• Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update contact information, and manage sales pipelines
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure commitments and finalize service agreements with clients
• Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing questions, providing detailed explanations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies and enhance brand visibility in target neighborhoods

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, inside sales, or B2B sales environments, preferably with CRM system proficiency including Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation tools
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate service benefits and handle client objections confidently
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, and deal closing within a competitive sales setting
• Business development experience with a focus on customer service excellence and client relationship management
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption, CRM software, and sales automation technologies is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a door-to-door setting while maintaining motivation and professionalism throughout the day
