Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager with a strong background in imported products to manage and grow sales with grocery stores, supermarkets, and drugstore chains (such as CVS). The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience , proven success working with retail accounts, and is fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for imported products in grocery and drugstore channels
• Manage key retail accounts, including supermarkets and national/regional chains
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and product placement
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth import and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends
• Identify new retail opportunities and expand distribution
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience , selling to grocery stores, supermarkets, or drugstore chains
• Import product sales experience required
• Strong understanding of import processes, international sourcing, and retail distribution
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (required) ; English proficiency required
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail accounts

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Existing relationships with supermarket or drugstore buyers
• Experience with consumer goods, food, or packaged products
