Role Description This is a full-time (W2) role for a Leasing Advisor at QUASAR in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Leasing Advisor will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, performing showings, lease administration and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. The type of individual who would succeed in this role is one who is naturally curious, a problem solver, a go-getter, and has a desire to grow within the real estate industry. This role will require a real estate license. You must be licensed in DC and MD by your start date. W2 employees are offered benefits including:

Key Responsibilities

:

• Leasing and Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships with prospective tenants.
• Property Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of available units to potential tenants.
• Lease Administration: Oversee lease preparation, execution, and renewals; ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service to prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, fostering an environment that supports retention and satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position QUASAR's properties.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the leasing team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications

:

• Required: Valid real estate license in DC and MD (must be obtained by the start date).
• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, lease negotiation, and tenant relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and colleagues alike.
• Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for property showings and client meetings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
